  • How do I get my room key?

    After you have completed our digital check-in, you will receive your digital room key by SMS. Simply click on the link we have sent you.

    Alternatively, you can easily encode one or more room cards at our digital reception. All you need is your reservation number or your arrival and departure dates and your surname.

  • Where can I park?

    Our houses are located directly in the center of Nuremberg, which is why we unfortunately do not have our own parking spaces.

    After your booking you will receive detailed recommendations from us as to where you can park.

  • At what time can I move into my apartment/room?

    These are our check-in times for our houses:

    • Hotel dasPaul: 1 pm
    • Riverview Apartments by dasPaul: 1.30 pm
    • Aparthotel by dasPaul: 2.30 pm
    • Oldtown Studios by dasPaul: 3 pm
  • I would like to stay a little longer, is a late check-out possible?

    Contact our Guest Experience team by e-mail (hotel@daspaul.com) or send us a message via the relevant booking platform. We will try to give you a little more time with us. However, this depends on how many guests arrive on the day of your departure.

  • How does check-out work?

    You can easily check out via our web app. You will find a QR code on the inside of the room door. Simply scan it and you will be taken to our web app. There, simply click on the "Check-Out" tab.


    If you have a room card, you can drop it in one of our black "express check-out letterboxes" and you are checked out.

  • Can I store my luggage with you?

    You are welcome to store your luggage in our main building Hotel dasPaul (Kaiserstraße 22).

    Just ask our service staff in the restaurant or ring the hotel bell.

  • I have a question or a problem, how do I get in touch?

    Our Guest Experience team is at your disposal to answer all your questions or help you with any problems.

    You can reach us by phone, email, WhatsApp or via the respective booking channels.

  • Can I bring my pet with me?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

  • Can I smoke in my apartment/room?

    No, smoking is prohibited in all houses. Every flat and room is equipped with smoke detectors. If you set off a smoke alarm, we are obliged to check it and charges may apply.

  • Are there barrier-free apartments/rooms?

    Unfortunately, due to the historic nature of the building, our flats and rooms are not completely barrier-free. If you have any further questions, please contact our Guest Experience Team.

  • Is there a possibility to store my bike?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible on our premises. However, there are several public car parks in the immediate vicinity.

  • Where is my apartment/room located?

  • How do I receive my invoice?

    Send us an email after your stay to: hotel@daspaul.com and we will send you your invoice.

  • What are your opening times?

    • Monday - Thursday from 07:00 - 23:00
    • Friday from 07:00 - 00:00
    • Saturday from 08:00 am - 00:00 am
    • Sunday from 08:00 - 23:00
  • Do you serve breakfast?

    Yes, we serve a delicious and balanced à la carte breakfast every day from either 07:00 or 08:00 until 12:00.

  • How can I reserve a table at your restaurant?

    You can either reserve a table via our website www.daspaul.com or call us on +49 911 22 78 45.

  • Do I have to make a reservation with you or can I come by spontaneously?

    We recommend that our guests make a reservation, especially at the weekend and in the evening. We want to make sure that we can provide you with the best possible service and care. That's why we recommend you make a reservation.

  • What cuisine is served in the restaurant dasPAUL?

    We offer you an excellent and balanced Mediterranean cuisine. Take a look at our menu and see for yourself!

  • Do you also offer vegetarian or vegan meals?

    We are happy to assist you with special dietary requirements, including vegetarian and vegan options. Our service staff are always available and happy to help.

  • What payment methods do you accept at dasPAUL restaurant?

    We accept Girocard and all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can of course also pay in cash. 

  • Can I buy a gift voucher from you?

    You are welcome to buy a voucher from us. Simply speak to our service staff or call us on +49 911 22 78 45.
