From booking to check-out, your journey with us is almost digital.

Here we explain everything you need, from booking to check-out,

what you need to know.

Ticketing

You can book your stay in one of our houses directly via the website. You can also book extras such as our delicious à la carte breakfast. If you have any questions, please take a look at our FAQs, contact our virtual employee Paul or call us directly. After you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Digital check-in

After your booking, you will receive a message from us containing all the information you need for your arrival and a link for digital check-in. You can do this from the comfort of your own home or on the day of your arrival. All the data required for the mandatory guest registration will be requested here and you can also pay for your stay if necessary. Remember that you can only complete the check-in process on the day of arrival, once your apartment/room is clean.

Arrive

You did it! You have finally arrived with us in Nuremberg. If you did not use the digital check-in, you are welcome to check in at our digital reception in our main building, Hotel dasPaul, at Kaiserstraße 22. You can also encode room cards there. All you need is your reservation number (or your arrival and departure dates) and your last name. With your digital room key or room card, you can finally get into your apartment or room.

Check-Out

Unfortunately, all good things come to an end.

Don't forget to check out via our web app or drop your room card into one of our express check-out mailboxes. We thank you for your visit, wish you a safe journey home and hope to welcome you back as our guest soon.

Below you will find frequently asked questions and their answers.

  • How do I get my room key?

    After you have completed our digital check-in, you will receive your digital room key by SMS. Simply click on the link we have sent you.

    Alternatively, you can easily encode one or more room cards at our digital reception. All you need is your reservation number or your arrival and departure dates and your surname.

  • Where can I park?

    Our houses are located directly in the center of Nuremberg, which is why we unfortunately do not have our own parking spaces.

    After your booking you will receive detailed recommendations from us as to where you can park.

  • At what time can I move into my apartment/room?

    These are our check-in times for our houses:

    • Hotel dasPaul: 1 pm
    • Riverview Apartments by dasPaul: 1.30 pm
    • Aparthotel by dasPaul: 2.30 pm
    • Oldtown Studios by dasPaul: 3 pm
  • I would like to stay a little longer, is a late check-out possible?

    Contact our Guest Experience team by e-mail (hotel@daspaul.com) or send us a message via the relevant booking platform. We will try to give you a little more time with us. However, this depends on how many guests arrive on the day of your departure.

  • How does check-out work?

    You can easily check out via our web app. You will find a QR code on the inside of the room door. Simply scan it and you will be taken to our web app. There, simply click on the "Check-Out" tab.


    If you have a room card, you can drop it in one of our black "express check-out letterboxes" and you are checked out.

  • Do you serve breakfast?

    So that you can start the day well and successfully, we serve a balanced and excellent à la carte breakfast in our restaurant dasPAUL. If you have booked breakfast included, simply tell our service team your apartment/room number and your surname. If you would like to book breakfast in addition, you can do so directly in the restaurant.

    Sat - Sun: 08 - 10 am

  • Can I bring my pet with me?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

  • Can I smoke in my apartment/room?

    No, smoking is prohibited in all houses. Every flat and room is equipped with smoke detectors. If you set off a smoke alarm, we are obliged to check it and charges may apply.

  • Are there barrier-free apartments/rooms?

    Unfortunately, due to the historic nature of the building, our flats and rooms are not completely barrier-free. If you have any further questions, please contact our Guest Experience Team.
